Merchandising Team Leader

We are looking for energetic, go-getterRetails Merchandising Team Leadersto join our team!

We conduct Merchandising activities all over the UK. We have a range of retail brands that we service, these include Sainsbury s, Tesco, Morrison s, Home Bargains and many more.

What we need from youas a Retail Merchandising Team Leader:

• Team player, enthusiastic and energetic.
  
• Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night. Shift length will range from 10 -12 hours.
  
• Ability to work within a team and to use your own initiative .
  
• Be able to lead a small team and liaise with the customer project manager
  
  
  

Requirements

• Responsible for the team deployed at the store.
  
• Main point of contact with the store team and should channel all communication effectively.
  
• Should ensure that all members of the team adhere to the policies and guidelines.
  
• Will conduct any required audits.
  
• Will be responsible for delivering the agreed KPIs.
  
• Must have full driving licence and own vehicle with class 1 business insurance
  

Full training will be provided.
