The successful Parts & Service Coordinator will be responsible for all ongoing daily activities within the service department, including:
- Addressing all customer needs, generating quotes, and providing top level customer service/communication.
- Coordinating work orders with other departments such as the repair shop & parts department.
- Ensure work orders are completed within agreed timelines.
- Communication with customers and sales team to review machine work needs and related costs for repairs.
- Providing back up to Service Manager whenever needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Previous experience in a similar field is preferred.
Compensation:
Annual salary is based off previous experience, and can range anywhere between $50,000 - $80,000/year. Monthly Parts and Service bonus also included. Comprehensive benefits package is available after probation, and includes health, dental, vision, paid time off/vacation, disability, etc.
Shift:
Day Shift, 7:00AM - 3:00PM (Monday to Friday).
