Responsibilities
- Work with internal departments such as the Marketing, Operations or Product teams to ensure satisfactory service delivery and execute sales-focused campaigns
- Develop a pipeline of prospective clients and pitch relevant services and investment products to them.
- Convert prospects to paying customers and generate repeat business through excellent relationship management.
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
- Tracking and analysing sales statistics based on vital quantitative metrics
- Design sales strategies to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
- Develop policies and strategies to attain and exceed sales target
- Identify and take advantage of opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on competition and the industry, reporting new developments and trends.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Manage a team of sales officers to ensure sales targets are exceeded
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values always
Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience selling real estate products to HNIs and mass affluent.
- Quota-carrying sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills across different levels of management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or other related software
