This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Poolwerx, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the digital marketing strategy across all Poolwerx platforms.

What You Will do

Serve on cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional strategy.

Conduct in-depth investigations, reviews, and audits into email sending, social media and digital practices.

Develop strategic initiatives based on audit findings and business goals.

Monitor delivery metrics and create plans to improve their outcomes.

Analyze locations digital footprint to uncover growth opportunities, working closely with the marketing manager to define solutions.

Perform research relevant to the client, competition, audiences and help translate into actions.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing.

Act as the day-to-day strategic digital lead for the marketing team.

Assess data trends and analyze performance.

Assist Digital Marketing Specialist in their development of plans for segmented social content for social media platforms including images, infographics, GIFs and videos.

Develop SEO strategy using tools such as SEMrush for the Digital Media Specialist to help execute.

Analyze, monitor, and report performance for social media channels to increase engagement.

Build local marketing Facebook Ads as needed for franchise locations.

Research and develop a regional keyword database for local SEO optimization.

Participate in Franchise Partner training for digital and social media marketing sessions.

Assist with installation of Webchat widgets, and the implementation of new marketing tools.

Requirements

What You Have

Bachelor s Degree in advertising, marketing, data science or journalism or business-related fields or similar relevant work experience

1-3 years experience managing digital marketing strategy and platforms

Experience in Google My Business and Google Analytics

Experience in Facebook Business & Ads Manager

Experience in WordPress and Constant Contact

Experience in Google Tag Manager and pixel implementation

Desirable experience in E-commerce

Desirable experience working with retail, home service or franchise industries (not required)
