Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive (Retail)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Compensation: Base Pay is NGN 100,000 monthly plus other Benefits.

About Company: Our client is a newly established retail store for luxury gift and household items

The Company is looking to hire self-driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to help increase the demand and footprint of the Company s products and services across its environs and beyond.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads and maintaining relationship with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business leads.
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to determine their requirements or demands.
  • Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Meeting or exceeding all performance goals.
  • Establish and build a database of active clients and business accounts via prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Managing e-commerce website and online orders
  • Processing customer orders
  • Monitoring social media and online industry trends



Requirements

B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or any related field

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Executive in the FMCG or Retail Industry.

Charismatic and confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethics.

Entrepreneurial spirit to manage your own book of business.

Aggressiveness, persistence, resiliency and commitment to providing the best customer service.

Ability to establish rapport and build credibility via excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrable effective team management experience.
