Job Description

We are recruiting for Inside Sales Rep to sell software and business services to professionals

You will be given a territory with existing clients but will be tasked with increasing your presence and adding new customers.

Inside sales rep (no travel; WFH, Hybrid or work from the office.) to sell to an assigned territory. You would be responsible for the full life cycle sale through cold calls and web demos.


  • start with 3000 leads in your territory;

  • 9 weeks of product training;

  • metrics driven, structured environment;

  • pre-sales consultants to support the sale;

  • Large company with the ability to grow your career


The ideal candidate has previous over-quota experience in a telesales role. Must have experience closing on the phone not just door to door and not just lead generation.

50K base. 95K OTE uncapped plus bonuses. One recent hire is tracking 150K after 12 months. Training is excellent and you will be set up to excel and succeed if you take pride in your effort and are motivated to top the sales board. Once trained you will NOT be micromanaged but conversely this means that you are responsible for your success or failure.

Key considerations are:
  1. Have you made quota before.
  2. How do you manage your pipeline
  3. What KPIs are important to you and do you track to ensure your success
  4. Do you have an ability to learn new products and services and their fits with clients
  5. Do you take personal accountability for your success. Do you persevere
