Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive physical failure investigation of the failures in the memory, IoT, USB, and micro-controller evaluation report.
- Organize discussions about analysis and remedial measures with pertinent engineering groups.
- Lead the development of novel analysis methods to address device and technological problems.
- Take theownershipof specific tools and equipment.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of Bachelors Degree inElectronics/Electrical/Microelectronics/Material Engineering, Material Science, Physics or Chemistry.
- At least 8 to 10 years of working experience in the field of IC failure silicon level failure analysis.
- Preferred to have understanding about physics and semiconductors.
- Knowledge of die de-processing and competence with advance.
