Do you love building relationships? Lindsey Health is looking for an experienced account management leader who will be responsible for driving increased volume through the relationship management of current customers, clients, and members.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage and lead a team of Account Managers responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients, customers, and members
- Create and lead the Account Management strategy
- Coach Account Managers in sophisticated relationship building techniques to achieve superior results
- Collaborate with internal partners to create program solutions and associated business requirements that exceed clients needs
- Partner with marketing and other internal partners to develop effective presentations
- Play a direct relationship role with the largest clients, customers, and members
- Partner closely with the sales team members to ensure smooth hand-offs with new providers
- Provide the Account Management voice of the customer back to the organization along with recommendations for improving products, services, profitability and overall new opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Account Management team management/leadership experience in a related industry
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Strong understanding of financial services and unsecured lending
- Strategic mindset
