- To oversee all aspects of the company groups human resources operations
- Identify the need for hiring and recruiting; develop and put into effect best practices for hiring and talent management
- Plan, direct, develop, and coordinate the Human Resource (HR) departments policies, activities, and personnel
- Designing business strategies for variousHR matters such aspay, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
- Conducting research, creating, drafting, and revising policies, procedures, processes, and guidelines; communicating and upholding values of the company; and directing management and staff actions
- Supports management by offering guidance and judgments regarding human resources; assessing data and applications
- Driving talent management and local talent needs in close collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve business requirements
- putting into practice and standardizing employee life cycle processes and regulations
- Establishing and carrying out procedures with the team to manage the whole employee life cycle
Requirements
Holds a Bachelors degree in human resources management or any related fields
Minimum 20 years of working experiencein the HR functions
Proven working track record in handling OD project
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Open to work in Cyberjaya
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
