Job Description
Knowledge of the principles, tool and materials used in one or more building trades (i.e., carpentry, plumbing, painting, heating or electrical trades). Must have knowledge of occupational hazards and safety procedure of the trade. Skilled in the use and care of common hand tools required in building and equipment maintenance and construction work. Need ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, tenants and the public. Communicate effectively in written and verbal form, complete all assignments accurately and timely. Construction/Maintenance certification a plus. Construction, building maintenance, HVAC, electric and plumbing experience desirable
