Job Description
Our client is a well known national / global premier manufacturer and supplier of residential and commercial equipment and parts for the swimming pool & spa industry.
We are looking to full-fill the below positions with enthusiastic, committed casuals who can bring real value to our team with full training provided.
These are ongoing casual positions with full time hours on offer Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Forklift / Store Person
- Pick and Pack
- Quality Check Team Members
- Production Team Members
The positions are located at their Villa-wood Manufacturing Site with an immediate start available for the right candidates.
You will love working as part of a small team who are committed to getting the job done in a safe & timely manner
Duties included but not limited to:
- Conducting quality checks on all products, expiration dates and reporting any defaults/concerns
- Labelling products, making up small kits and placing products in cardboard boxes
- Picking orders manually by paper picking slips
- Filling different sized barrels of chlorine at a fast paced
- Manual handling as required (10-15kg)
- Operating manual pallet jack
- Working as part of a close-knit team following strict processes and procedures
Requirements
To be successful you will possess the following:
- Proven production manufacturing / assembly experience
- Must have High attention to detail
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a small team
- Be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment
- Be able to comfortably lift 10-15kg as required
- Be reliable and committed to working Mon - Fri
- Have correct PPE steel cap safety boots and Hi-Vis
- Two most recent reference checks
