Job Description
To work as manager for the branch and generate revenues with optimum utilization of available resources and would also be responsible for building the team of development managers and PFA s, motivating, mentoring and guiding the team
To Achieve the desired revenue targets and persistency targets for the branch
To recruit effective and efficient team.
To Handle first level Complaints of Employee, PFA, Policy Holders
To Plan for daily, monthly and yearly activities
To Conduct and Monitor branch activities on daily basis.
To provide Training and inputs to the team.
To maintain the desired product mix
To Interact with senior management for the resolution of critical issues.
Requirements
Experience Level: 8 to 10 years in Banking Sector
Should have 4+ years of experience in Team Handling.
Should have 4+ years of experience in Team Handling.
Age: 30 to 37
Location: 15 Km - 20 Km from the said location
Qualification: UG is mandatory
