Job Description

Due to continued growth within our Merchandising operation, RGIS are excited to be able to offer the position ofMerchandising Project Leadto further expand and develop our team.

Reporting directly to the Regional Merchandising Manager, the Project Lead will be responsible for leading teams of 5 to 10 people to execute merchandising work in our retail customer sites. The Project Lead will be responsible for motivating and driving their team to peak performance and ensuring we meet the standards and KPIs required by our customers.

This is a key role within a rapidly growing sector of our business and we are looking for motivated and ambitious candidates with experience of merchandising and supervising staff.

Our merchandising teams work a variety of shift patterns so candidates must be flexible with working hours and able to work late evenings and nights when required. Our Teams work at multiple sites so candidates must have a full driving licence, RGIS will provide a vehicle to use.

We operate nationally with local teams covering the whole of the UK.



Requirements

Key Accountabilities

  • To supervise and lead allocated teams working on customer sites
  • To train and support any new team members
  • To liaise with customer site staff to ensure our team always delivers the highest standards of customer service
  • To report progress to the Regional Manager, highlighting any issues quickly so they can be resolved
  • Any other tasks as allocated by the Regional Manager
