JWR Employment Specialists are working with a leading technology distribution centre in Mayo to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator.
This role has come about due to continuous expansion and the person in this role will be responsible for managing the flow of products in and out of its central warehouses, updating delivery dates and take ownership of Business Unit product master data and end to end set up processes on SAP.
The role is expected to assist in improving processes and controls within the international team and provide operational insights to drive the business to improve performance whileensuring that our Major International Retail partners service level requirements are met.

Role Responsibilities:
- Master data info management, initial set up and maintenance
- Product set ups and maintenance on ERP system and partners portals.
- Outbound order scheduling from Plants.
- Ensuring deliveries to key partners are invoiced accurately.
- Maintaining inbound ETA dates on ERP system.
- Co-ordinating with Inbound carriers to identify progress of ex Works/FOB shipments
- Ad hoc stock movements on SAP critical for customer reports
- Reconciling Open purchase Order reports with vendors including landing plans.
- Liaising with Vendors on stock queries and automated reporting.
- Uploading Forecasts, Stock and Sales from our customers into the ERP system.
- Build strong relationships with the Operations, Finance and Commercial teams, both in Head Office and regional offices, to embed better stock behaviours & drive a greater understanding of stock movements and best practice
- Assisting in special projects as assigned
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Degree in business, supply chain or similar qualification or relevant experience.
- Experience of working in a Supply Chain and Logistics (Desirable)
- SAP experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, to work under pressure and to handle several projects at once
- Experience in work with cross functional teams
