For our client, a fast growing Company with an amazing development plan in Belgium, with several properties accross the country and with a couple of properties on a pre-opening phase, we are looking for a Revenue Manager (Junior Welcome).
You will report to a Senior Director of Revenue Management who will achieve your training and let you manage the entire portfolio of hotels within a couple of months.
Your responsibilites:
- Daily Pricing Management + Yiel opportunities
- Inventory Management
- Segmentation management to maximize revenue opportunities
- Competiton monitoring (rooms)
- Forecast (rooms)
- Demand calendar management to optimize revenue opportunities
- Direct and indirect channels management
- Work in coordination with sales and reservations teams
- Develop strategic and tactical actions based on regular performance review of reporting departments.
- Analyze statistics to identify potential business and market trends
- Provide training and support for other departments
- Manage the Channel Manager
- Elaboration of all necessary reports
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English or Dutch and English is a strong competitive advantage
- Ability to use Excell independently
- Decision-making and problem-solving.
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or similar education.
- Min 2 years of experience in Hospitality
- Previous Revenue Management/Analyst experience or previous experience in Reservations is a plus
- Ability to learn usage of new softwares
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Number literacy and strategic thinking
- Communication skills
