Archway Superior Households is proud to announce a brand-new role for a wonderful client who is seeking a full-time, live-in Domestic Couple for permanent employment.

The ideal couple would be a mix of a Housekeeper and a Gardener/Maintenance Person, both with previous professional experience. The Couple should also be animal lovers as there would be some pet care involved, as well as being comfortable caring for a property without being managed and working autonomously as required. Lovely private accommodation provided on-site (own secluded garden included!)

Requirements:

• Previous experience is a must
  
• Domestic Couple to be comprised of a Housekeeper & Property Gardener/Maintenance Person
  
• Ability to take sole charge of 6-bedded home with grounds - appreciation of what it takes to care for large estates
  
• Driver (at least one person should have a valid UK driving licence - car provided)
  
• Hard-working with great stamina
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Ability to work autonomously (on your own) & be self-motivated
  
• Professional; proactive; knowledgeable; committed; punctual
  

Duties:

• All cleaning of estate to a very high standard
  
• Laundry & Ironing duties
  
• Driving (to purchase supplies if needed & to get from A to B)
  
• Gardening, landscaping, & maintaining grounds
  
• Maintaining interior & exterior of home
  
• Pet care - walking dog twice per day; feeding & caring for dog; occasionally having dog stay with you overnight when Principals are away
  
• Liaising with trades people/other members of staff as needed
  

Salary, Schedule & Benefits:

• Up to 70,000 gross per year (DOE)
  
• Mondayto Friday 8am-6pm + odd Saturday morning (3 hours max)
  
• 1 hour lunch break
  
• Employed with 28 days holiday
  
• Accommodation provided: 1 bed chalet in a secluded area of the property. Open plan kitchen/living area/bedroom/bathroom and small utility area. Small secluded garden with BBQ and decked area
  
• Car provided for work and personal use
