In your role, you will:

• Develop and deliver machine learning (ML) software solutions to meet business needs across organization and help integrate them into production workflows.
  
• Design, implement and optimize maintainable and reusable ML services to enrich data and advanced analytics solutions ecosystem.
  
• Analyze, process, and model data then interpret the results to create actionable plans with significant positive impact over operations.
  
• Configure robust environments handling the connection to various data systems and enabling ML workflows.
  
• Work collaboratively with the AI team members, implementing agile project management (Scrum, Kanban) and application lifecycle management (test automation, configuration management, ).
  
• Collaborate with users and business stakeholders to define requirements and collect their feedback to maximize value for the business units.
  
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment methods to automate the quality assurance and delivery of new functionality to ML solutions users.
  
• Provide support for user training and problem-solving.
  

Profil

Qualifications - External

As our ideal candidate,

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Statistics or another quantitative field, and have an interest in the development and maintenance of software involving complex data transformations and machine learning algorithms (ML).
  
• You have 10+ years of experience.
  
• You have the experience to build AI models using machine learning algorithms and deep learning neural networks for time series forecasting, predictive analysis, image recognition and natural language processing.
  
• You have skills in software architecture and modular software development, and knowledge in Python and R.
  
• You have experience using cloud computing platforms, preferred Microsoft Azure such as Azure data factory, Azure Databricks and Azure Machine learning.
  
• You have the knowledge of agile development methods and the skills necessary to effectively integrate into a collaborative work environment in agile mode.
  
• You have familiarity with agile project management and application lifecycle management with Azure DevOps.
  
• You master the use of Linux and Microsoft environments.
  
• You show leadership and decision-making initiative for solving complex problems.
  
• You have strong problem solving and debugging skills.
  
• You have strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills in both French and English
