Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Configure Oracle ACME SBC for customer SIP trunks.
- Configure Ribbon PSX / eSBC for customer access.
- Implementation of Contact Centers call routing.
- Configure Cisco Voice GW (SIP trunks, QoS & PRI)
- Off net call routing.
- Cisco / Juniper routers voice configurations.
- Customer related configurations on cloud service providers partners.
- Configure Proxy PE used by voice connections.
- Run Acceptance Testing Procedure to insure appropriate voice service delivery to customers.
- Troubleshooting SIP dialogues and voice related issues.
