Job Description
- Ensure Capacity planning, scalability, and availability of all infrastructure systems.
- Develop operating and configuration manuals for all systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, PnPs & prompt closure to Audit findings.
- Ensure IT related services continuity and efficient support to all units Globally / ITSO and/or Country Levels.
- Ensure proper operations and implementation of Office Automation solutions and services in Arab bank.
- Select, implement and manage infrastructure solutions / projects across the Arab Bank Globally / ITSO and/or Country Levels.
- Monitor and follow up with all Arab Bank ITSO centers to ensure proper operations and implementation of all infrastructure solutions and services.
- Manage and Admin Arab Bank Global / ITSO / Countries infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure that infrastructure monitoring and capacity planning functions are performed systematically and periodically in the all ITSO Countries.
- Evaluate and study any new enhancement to working environment by upgrading or implementing a new infrastructure solutions and services.
