Job Description

Are you a passionate Sales person?and want to be part of a great product team?The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a base plus commission-based role responsible for finding potential clients in the market geographically (3-4 districts) assigned to you through field visits. The BDE should be focused on potential customers and cultivating them for closing the sale through making positive impact leading to everlasting relationships. They should be able to build a rapport with potential clients quickly, have a strong understanding of our business to convey our products, track and follow-up with potential clients, and convert new business. Finally, the BDE would be part of the final handoff of clients to the appropriate/ accounting teams for support and renewals.

  • Years of experience required: 1-2yrs

  • Education Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent
  • Work Location:PAN India.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of our business, products, and services to identify leads which can be converted to new sales through engagement.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools to effective management of leads from prospecting to conversion and be comfortable updating through relevant mobile apps
  • Track all leads, categorize them for follow-up, and prepare new clients for conversion through pitching our sales playbook.
  • Capable to present the Product Demo and handle customer objections
  • Track all sales done by you for collections and ensure proper invoicing system.
  • Participate in regular meetings with support and marketing teams to provide sales feedback, receive market and industry updates, and gain insight on new releases.
  • Work with our billing managers to ensure invoices are being sent out.
  • Meet minimum monthly sales quota, revenue generation & collections.
  • Work with our support team, implementation team to Service hand-off and hand hold till adaption of customers to our platform.
  • The role of the implementation specialist is to be responsible for implementation, configuration, training, and support the successful adoption of Drucare software.
  • The implementation specialist, in partnership with team members and in line with the project plan, will interact directly with the Hospital Admin and design and support the use of the Drucare software with the office staff to design, configure, Train and Implement.
  • Participate as a key member of the core implementation team charged with successfully implementing and supporting of the Drucare software.
  • Serve as the main point of contact during the implementation process; on site go-live support and post implementation.
  • Awareness of the different specialties of the doctors and satisfactorily resolving any complaints or concerns related to products.

Skill Requirements:

Good to have
  • 1-2 yrs Proven experience as a sales executive-IT.
  • Med Rep experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in selling SaaS-based SW products
  • Prior experience working in the Hospital and Pharma sector is preferred.
Must to have
  • Proficiency in English, Telugu & Hindi
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, email and communication channels
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Others:Considerable travel is often required
