Responsibilities

• Successfully manage home renovation projects based on each given scope of work.
  
• Complete projects on time while maintaining an open line of communication with all parties involved.
  
• Prioritize quality work and customer satisfaction as cornerstones of our culture.
  
• Manage multiple projects within a specified market with an average job size of $50k over an 8-week period.
  
• Ensure administrative tasks are up to date and correctly entered into our CRM.
  
• No physical labor involved.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs. of Residential Home management and remodeling projects with homeowner interaction required.
  
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills. (Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.)
  
• Proficiency with Technology. (Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook.)
  
• General Contractor License required.
  
• Must have a trusted network of Contractors and Subcontractors in select city.
  
• Travel local to given market.
  
• 100% involved in the project.
