Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage Release activities on B2GaaS infrastructure.
- Manage Release/change activities on B2GaaS for all B2GaaS customers.
- Review Release Notes (RN) published by Orange engineering team.
- Perform Feasibility study and risk assessment of new releases/changes for all B2Gaas services.
- Initiate Change Advisory Board (CAB) with all stakeholders to discuss release/change management activities.
- Initiate & lead CAB to approve or reject significant release/change projects.
- Schedule release/change projects, and ensure availability of required resources (human, hardware, or software).
- Interface with different teams involved in the release/change activities ensuring successful release/change.
- Review all release/change projects for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead continual improvement plans for B2GAAS release managment activity
- Update LLD documents in case needed.
