- Develop action plans and set objectives for increased revenue and maximum profit for hotel/property management
- IMplement sales and marketing strategies necessary for attracting clients to patronize the hotel or properties
- Supervise the customer service unit of the property to ensure compliance with set standards of hospitality and customer service
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and encourage continued patronage
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With relevant Sales Manager experience from a Hospitality industry
- Was able to handle strategic planning projects related to hospitality and luxury services and guest experience that are income generating
- Flexible, can handle pressure, organized and multi-tasker
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
