As Traffic Manager you ll be the main point of contact for all resource requirements within the studio, placing the right people on the right jobs according to their skillset/abilities, and managing capacity across individuals and teams to ensure work is delivered on schedule and on budget.

You ll also champion and reinforce processes, acting as gatekeeper to ensure the right way of working is the default. Supporting the Operations Director you ll regularly review company-wide systems and tools - identifying challenges/blockers and continuously improving processes to streamline workflow.

We re seeking those that are; highly organised; a multi-tasker; a people-person - able to manage and support others, finessing skills and upskilling, authoritative communication, pushing back when required; an analytical thinker; curious and inquisitive asking why and proposing alternatives; Kaizen mindset always looking to improve and make things better.
