• Monitoring and evaluating drivers' performance, providing feedback regarding performance, and addressing and developing any defect.

• Follow up Supervising the training and evaluation of drivers according to the company's policies.

• Motivating drivers and supervising them.

• Contribute to improving the work environment for drivers in line with the company's requirements.

• Provide KPIs analysis of existing projects.

• Performance analysis for drivers and the preparation of weekly and monthly reports related to performance.

• Contribute to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.

• Supervising the quality of service provided through quality standards related to delivery operations.
