Job Description
- Providing leadership to both our clients and the in-country cost team and being the face of Mace with all KSA clients in relation to cost consultancy. Developing new and existing client relationships and opportunities. Developing and maintaining a consistent pipeline of new cost consultancy opportunities. Recruiting, training and developing highly technical people to support the goal of technical excellence. Promoting effective communication both within the team and with clients. Managing and liaising with the head of the cost consultancy to agree with the in-country strategic direction for cost consultancy. Being accountable for QAQC of the team deliverables and ensuring that best practice is implemented, whilst working closely with the specialist knowledge hub to make sure that we work in a smart and efficient manner.
