Job Description
- Have handled complex legal documentation related to capital markets & regulatory cases
- Experience in Business Development and ability to identify and pursue opportunities to grow the practice area and strengthen client relationships.
- Comprehensive prior experience in executing corporate transactions, including but not limited to areas such as structuring and re-structuring, corporate transactions (M&A and JVs), market entry, route-to-market, and contracts advice.
- Outstanding communications skills (ENGLISH FLUENCY)
- Strong leadership skills, mentorship, and ability to lead a team
- Open to relocate
