- Consumer insights
- Plan, calendarize, deploy, lead market research activities- qualitative and quantitative, through an annual calendar, identifying support areas, needs & requirements of workstreams.
- Articulate consumer insights & findings to stakeholders (Management and business workstreams), creation of Thematic/tactical campaigns, with workstream actionable delivering on key outcomes and objectives.
- Analyze, and draw inferences from various researches/consumer studies to better understand the brand's connection with consumers, through their journey.
- Brand Standards
- Define, update, and monitor brand guidelines for identified properties, assets across the organization.
- Drive consistency in usage and deployment of the brand logo, fonts, colors, tonality, across all collaterals and marketing materials both offline and online through the creation of a brand manual.
- Formulate mechanism to track, identify any deviations in usage across both internal and external environments through formal and informal audits and initiate corrective actions.
- Sales Promotion
- Formulate sales promotional tactical activities, in sync with other marketing activities, adding value to consumers and trade to stimulate immediate sales and help workstreams achieve their sales objectives.
- Operationalize, deploy, track the rollout of schemes/offers using both media and non-media forms in coordination with workstreams both directly and through external agencies, leveraging technology and internal systems.
- Track effectiveness on the increase of consumer demand, stimulate market demand and map potential buyers towards acquisition and retention.
- Consumer Engagement
- Develop, build and maintain various facets on managing customer service and engagement using both existing and new channels, and drive key metrics aligned towards customer satisfaction using appropriate resources.
- Leverage technology, process, and people interventions creating interaction opportunities with consumers and the brand on its products and offerings.
- Create and Rollout Digital Mktg calendar in line with overall marketing campaigns and brand objectives for use across owned, earned & paid media
- Necessary
- Minimum 6+ years of experience
- Strong Exposure across varied industries such as Auto, Auto Ancillary, Logistics, IT/ Tech Startup/FMCG companies with expertise in Marketing /Research/Customer Experience.
- High knowledge of emerging trends in Marketing- Offline/Digital and has a ready framework of partner companies that can be leveraged for implementing projects quickly.
- Knowledge of consumer research studies and demonstrated usage of insights for achieving brand and business objectives.
