Senior Product Designer

Promote and develop user-centric design principles and design thinking methodologies. Leverage user research, feedback (VOC) & analytics to understand user pain points and turn insights into best-in-class user experiences. Develop, design and articulate, clearly communicate and articulate the “why” of design recommendations in order to influence stakeholders and at a group level. Working with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Digital, IT, Engineering, Product) across multiple geographies aligning digital design strategy. Ensures solutions respond to customer needs, are user tested, optimised and well defined for every relevant journey and case scenario. Ensures design deliverables and optimisations are efficiently and appropriately handed over to our development team. Is passionate about digital customer experiences and experimentation.
