▪ Responsible for all filled products include medical gases quality control and batch analysis.
▪ Maintain quality control by regular laboratory equipment update & calibration.
▪ Conduct non-routine analysis if required by the customer (as per Sales request)
▪ Conduct quality control tests on products produced from the plant & raw materials.
▪ Issue certificates to customers on the product purity and impurity levels (as per sales or customer request)
▪ Prepare Industrial & Medical gas mixtures as per standard & Sales request.
▪ Participate in the analysis and taking corrective measures in closing customer complaints.
▪ Visits customer sites and performs tests for the set-up of purging jobs.
▪ Maintain laboratory instruments to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed.
