Job Description
- Master's degree in IT or relevant field. 12+ years of experience. Arabic native speaker Consultation experience Saudi Governmental entities experience and knowledge of their requirements. Digital Transformation office experience, preferably with governmental and consulting entity IT/ Digital transformation projects engagement & delivery experience. RFP's writing, and review experience. Have an experience in coordination between IT departments, engaged in IT PMO or Portfolio Management. Responsible for development RFPs and evaluate vendors solutions, and conduct quality assurance on other RFP's where needed. Fulfill NDU reporting requirements.
