Prepare and submit a general framework for the training program including a training agenda with detailed topics, goals and objectives of the training, intended acquired skills and knowledge, as well as general session plan with allocated time for each activity.
Prepare and submit the training materials based on the training objectives and sessions plan, including all relevant PowerPoints, working group materials, case studies, practical exercises, handouts, etc. in consultation with the relevant PAJ and MOI representatives.
Develop training materials and documents that must comply with USAID branding requirements, which will be provided by PAJ.
Conduct three training programs over a total of nine days distributed in the center, North, and South of Jordan based on the agreed training schedule and timeline.
Develop and conduct pre- and post-evaluations to measure increased knowledge and skills gained from the training.
Submit final report on the statues of each training to include a summary of the training activities conducted, key observations and future recommendations.
