Our Customer Success Team ensures a fast time-to-value for our key customers. Work closely with our Customer Success Manager Christian & the whole CS Team, support them with operational tasks to make sure that promises are kept and help customers to identify and unlock new value potentials.This is why we are exchanging ideas with our data scientists, product & sales managers on a daily basis to develop, test and implement new features together with our customers.

Your mission

  • As part of our customer success team you will be involved in the onboarding of new customers and train new users of our platform
  • Build trusted relationships with our existing customers and analyse customer information (e.g. feedback, behavior analysis etc.)
  • Identify potential for investments in our customer relationships & upsell opportunities
  • Communicate platform changes to our customers
  • Prepare and join customer meetings (potentially abroad)

Your skillset

  • You are an enrolled student at least in the 4th semester
  • You bring distinct communication skills in dealing with customers and the ability to inspire people
  • You are a highly driven individual with strong analytical skills and an ambitious team player
  • You get things done, learn fast and aim to grow professionally every day
  • You are open to travel with the team to customers abroad
  • You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
