QBE Oracle FTP Business Analyst

6 to 12 months fully remote.

• Need Functional Analyst/BA to help with implementing modules in Oracle Fusion, someone that has gone through full lifecycle of Fusion implementation Modules GL, AP, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Cash Management Modules the main focus for this role are the Purchasing and Cash Management modules
• Location open to remote with some occasional travel to QBE locations more travel would be required during UAT and training (1 or 2 days onsite/month) travel to Sun Prairie mainly
• P&C insurance background would be a plus, but not required
• Interview Process 2 rounds and open to moving quickly
• Work Schedule EST or CST would be preferred since some of the project team is based in the UK; manager felt like someone of west coast would have difficulty adhering to the team's schedule

Job Description:

Lead Business SME discussions along with Implementation partner to gather requirements and ensure that future state design meet the requirements.
Work alongside Implementation partner in design of RICEW components for the Oracle ERP application
Review and provide feedback on Functional Design documents to meet QBE requirements
Document Target State process and assist in training and KT to business team
Reconciliation support for conversion of data into the ERP application
Support Unit testing build objects and supporting throughout other testing cycles

Experience:

Prior working experience in Implementing Fusion ERP modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement & Cash Management Modules
Experience working with Finance and Procurement Operations and / or in the Insurance industry
Hands on experience in Fusion & experience in training business users
