Requirement

Must Have

CCNP minimum 10 Years Exp

Architect level skill (Design, develop and deploy Network)

L3 Level trouble shooting especially good in Cisco and Devices mentioned below. Must have experience in Data center environment or NOC

This is Key requirement

Clear understanding of Network Security Firewall and AAA architecture

Implemented SD WAN technology and load balancer

Good to have

Cloud experience

Exp Network Segmentation any of them - Trustsec, Tetration or illumio
