Job Description
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise mobility expense management tools (Mobility Central, Microsoft Intune, Airwatch)
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise cellular carrier management (AT&T and Verizon) including; managing mobile spend, line and contract optimization, mobile device ordering, and device lifecycle management.
- Experience managing enterprise mobility device management systems including Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, Apple Business Manager
- Experience with mobile device troubleshooting and support, specifically Apple iOS
- Maintaining asset inventory and accounting of end user mobile devices
- Manage day to day operations within mobility domain, troubleshooting end user issues with mobile device.
- Act as technical lead for Mobile projects that can include M365 roll out to Mobile, Integration new applications to mobile platform
- Expertise in running mobile technologies, including MDM app deployments and Intune
- Ability to identify areas where mobility gaps exist and recommend supportable solutions
