International Sales Manager (m/f/d) Commercial Catering fulltime
for our worldwide business (special focus on Eastern Europe and Scandinavia). You have drive, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong passion for technical solutions and a natural interest in the catering/commercial kitchen industry? Then join the team - exciting tasks await!
Tasks
- Shape and build Hupfer s global distribution based on our business strategy
- Identify potential partners within different markets and market segments (such as care, catering, canteen kitchens)
- Develop existing customers, analyze new market opportunities and establish new cooperations
- Identify and monitor tenders
- Create a sustainable network within the responsible countries
- Pursue on the ground sales, conduct prices and order negotiations and support contract closures
- Create offers and document orders and visit notes using our CRM system
- Create and continuously adjust presentations, reports, business plans, forecasts and statistics
- Participate at events, fairs and conferences
- As the voice of your customers collaborate closely with German headquarters and their stakeholders
- Travel up to 70% within the assigned territory
- To be located near a major European airport is a plus
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or solid commercial background
- Ideally > 3 years working experience in the segments of commercial kitchens, catering, gastronomy
- First experience in international sales (e.g., distribution business, tender business, dealer business) and the ability of running own accounts and growing business
- You combine analytical acumen with pragmatic execution and an ability to quickly understand and address heterogenous markets
- You are a highly self-motivated sales expert with hands-on mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset
- You convince with strong communication and project management skills and have a KPI-driven way of working
- A solid knowledge of using common Office applications as well as CRM software is a must
- Affinity for self-organized, digital work
- You are fluent in English and ideally German and/or another second language
