Senior Test Automation Engineer – DevOps 80-100% (m/w/d) (8487)

For a permanent position at our client s site (home office possible within Switzerland), a national bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer DevOps.

In this role, you'll work in a Test Automation Team where you will cover the most important systems of the bank. You ll be working closely with Test Managers as well as with internal and external teams such as Software and Application Engineers.

Tasks

• Developing new E2E test automation cases with performing proof of concepts
• Improving and reviewing existing test automation cases and CI/CD pipelines as well as planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting Test Automation Execution
• Supporting the creation of and execution of the Test Automation roadmap and the creation of operational reporting and KPI related to automation
• Consulting Test Managers in terms of benefit and feasibility

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Test Automation as well as in underlying concepts, within the banking and finance industry is a plus
• Well-versed in Selenium and Karate API testing with automation knowledge desired
• Strong know-how with test automation platforms as well as CI/CD design and maintenance
• Strong motivation and willingness to work with people and continue self-development
• Hands on mentality with a problem-solving attitude
• Fluent in English
