We are looking for you as Key Account Sales Manager DACH (m/f/d). For this role we are hiring based in Berlin, Germany (or remote Germany-wide).

Your Day-to-Day Working With Us In This Role

  • You identify decision makers for Key Accounts in the sector of Tours and Activities with over 1 million annual revenue and convince them over the phone or in person to work with bookingkit.
  • You prepare and execute the pitch for our biggest prospects.
  • You are responsible for full sales cycles and complex buying centers.
  • You function as the project manager between the vendors buying center and internal stakeholders like product, engineering and accounting
  • You conduct demand analysis, both strategic and technical.
  • You support prospects in their decision-making process by acting as their consultant..
  • You develop a good understanding of the strategies and challenges of potential customers and give an excellent debrief to our success team for a perfect adoption of bookingkit in the after sales.

We Are Match, If

  • You have at least 2 years working experience B2B.
  • You are a motivated networker with great presentation and communication skills.
  • You can explain and visualise even complex technical correlations to stakeholders and customers with a lower technical skill level.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and analytical skills are some of your strengths.
  • You are passionate about Consultative Sales & Business Development.
  • You are used to leading complex contract negotiations.
  • You speak German on a native level and very good English.
  • Your mindset is customer and service oriented.
  • You are a tech-savvy person feeling confident in using a modern tool stack to support your daily activities

Extra Awesome, If

  • Contacts and experience within the tourism industry are a major plus
  • You have experience in the SaaS environment.

Our team setup

  • You will reporting to Ewa Czwartacka-Roman (Head of Key Account Sales)
  • The team consists of 5 Key Account (Sales) Executives.
