Responsible to safely manage and support all aerial port resources and operations to sustain a Working Maximum on Ground (WMOG) of four aircraft at one time.
Ensure maximum aircraft utilization and on-time aircraft departures, including resolving situational issues, gathering, processing and disseminating information in accordance with Air Mobility Command Instruction AFI 24-605, Volume 2, and other applicable instructions.
Monitors all flight line activities and takes appropriate acts to resolve any issues.
Perform passenger service functions IAW AFI 24-605, Volume 2 and DTR 4500.9-R, Parts I and III and all guidance listed in the PWS.
Responsible for the processing of passengers using automated / non-automated systems and ensure manual procedures are developed.
Responsible for maintenance and operation of terminal security equipment.
Responsible for Lost & Found and Mishandled baggage procedures.
Maintain Space Available and Space Required passenger listings.
Ensure all personnel are trained and comply with determining travel eligibility.
Responsible for development and use of passenger briefings.
