Job Description
- Participate in all commercial meetings and ensure prompt submittal and completeness of Contractors monthly payment applications and assist the Contract Administration Manager in finalizing the payment certificates br br Maintain and streamline all cost and quantity records br br Advise the Construction Manager on measurement procedures and calculation of interim and final quantities br br Evaluate the unit rates for new work items and present to the Contract Administration Manager for review br br Assist the Contracts team in preparation of variation orders
