Job Description
As Assistant Stewarding Manager you willcontrol the inventory of all equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware as well as managing the stewarding team in order to ensure a clean and safe working environment for the F&B team.As an Assistant Stewarding Manager, you will be responsibile for managing and directing utility stewards and dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks, buspersons and food servers with appropriate equipment.
