Job Description :
A guest services associate specializes in providing front desk assistance to guests, usually in a hotel or similar establishment. Some of their primary responsibilities are to greet clients, assign them to their rooms, process the check-in and check-outs, manage reservations, handle calls and correspondence, and fulfill requests. Aside from being the clients' primary point of contact, the associate is also responsible for coordinating with various hotel personnel to ensure that guests are satisfied with the establishment's amenities and services, all while implementing the hotel's safety policies and regulations.

Responsibilities :
1. Manage the PBX telephone system by answering calls about city attractions, dining, services, policies, and directions. Manage VIP guests and overall experience during special events, ensuring interactive and informative visitor experience. Manage communication and customer service for administration, patients, physicians and staff, including addressing any dissatisfaction or conflicts.
2. Greet guests using interpersonal communication skills to facilitate services or products need and completing transaction by entering data into POS system. Book group reservations using corporate base POS systems, provide customer orient service, and host special events and facility rentals. Process customer account payments utilizing IBM POS technology.
3. Operate PBX telephone system and assist with inventory responsibilities. Develop and implement all departmental operating procedures, incentive programs, sales policies and representative goals. Provide logistical expertise and international shipping support to USG and DoD members that are traveling abroad and domestically.

Qualification :
1. High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of customer service experience. Certificate or diploma in hospitality advantageous.
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Good time management and organizational skills.
3. Conflict resolution experience. Patience and good listening skills.
