Job Description

Your mission

Since founded in 2019, Circunomics has been pursuing a circular battery economy. Circunomics is the first IoT platform for reusing and recycling electric vehicle and energy storage batteries. We build circularity into every battery by creating digital lifecycle identities, running analytics, and enabling intelligent matching of used EV battery supply and second life energy storage requirements via our Circular Marketplace for a genuinely green e-mobility and energy transition.

Your profile

You will

  • Generate new business opportunities and target companies, especially OEMs, tier-1s, and new electric vehicle startups.
  • Establish, develop a sales team, and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Create strategic business development plans, reports, and sales presentations to support the growth of commercial and partnership stakeholders.
  • Determine and maintain an accurate customer intelligence base for future product development.
  • Conduct and drive relevant market and competitive intelligence in close alignment with the team.
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute strategic campaigns.
  • Provide market feedback to the Product Manager, Designer and Tech Team to improve the Circunomics products and services.

You have

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, MBA, sales or equivalent in experience.
    Several years of experience managing and executing automotive business accounts and selling high-end technology solutions.
  • Proven experience working with automotive and/or battery players: OEMs, tier-1s, system integrators and EV players.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to challenges and getting-things-done perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills in the English and German language.

__Bonus points for

  • Experience in Green Tech startups, IoT, or Energy is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in acquiring and managing key accounts.
  • Familiarity with the Automotive industry is a plus.
