Data & Integration Architect

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the development of analytics workflows for offline analysis as well as real-time analytics for alerting, root cause analysis, capacity management and auto-mitigation among other things within tech platform to automate and enhance automation of IT operations using AIOps Bigdata and Machine Learning techniques.
• Building of use cases that identifies and resolves the operational issues automatically in real time and also automates smart AIOps and CloudOps to eliminate human errors and improvement efficiency.
• Develop deep understanding of the diverse data sources in our ecosystem in order to extract and build appropriate metrics from them to drive operations improvements for structure and unstructured data.
• Actively involved in the deployment and operations of the technologies we build even while having a big focus around development.
• To guide developers on appropriate usage of different data analytics platforms to build analytics workflows and their integration into monitoring and alerting frameworks employed by cloud infrastructure operations.
• Developing and deploying machine learning techniques for practical applications, cloud and data center infrastructure operations, cloud native applications/services development and deployment.
• Plan and evaluate cross-component integrations and related tests.
• Monitor internal and external customer feedback relevant to the architecture.
• Ensure high quality and on time delivery of all team deliverables.
