Responsibilities:
• Managing and handling new issues related to the application support or to the infrastructure support
• Representing the team with different stakeholders within the organization

• Due to the variety of the supported applications, the proficient knowledge in two or more of the below domains is mandatory:
• Operating system administration & scripting (Windows, Linux)
• Database administration (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Web Services (SOAP, REST)
