Define and develop customer experience KPIs and manage performance tracking system, and follow-up on customer experience and satisfaction improvement initiatives in coordination with related stakeholders
Design and run customer experience surveys, fielding of surveys, and reporting on a periodic basis on customer satisfaction
Participate in planning STC’s analysis and reporting projects, by providing all relevant statistics and documentation, in a timely manner.
Participate in performing complex analysis of STC’s business, market and performance data and reviews all relevant reports to ensure accuracy.
Participate in implementation of analysis and reporting procedures in compliance with all relevant procedural, documentation and legislative requirements.
