Job Description
- Define and develop customer experience KPIs and manage performance tracking system, and follow-up on customer experience and satisfaction improvement initiatives in coordination with related stakeholders
- Design and run customer experience surveys, fielding of surveys, and reporting on a periodic basis on customer satisfaction
- Participate in planning STC’s analysis and reporting projects, by providing all relevant statistics and documentation, in a timely manner.
- Participate in performing complex analysis of STC’s business, market and performance data and reviews all relevant reports to ensure accuracy.
- Participate in implementation of analysis and reporting procedures in compliance with all relevant procedural, documentation and legislative requirements.
