Managing and directing the activities of the project contract administration and site supervision (CASS) team in relation to technical, financial and administrative issues
Liaising with the Client, the Client’s Project Manager and the Main Contractor as appropriate regarding issues arising in relation to contract administration and site supervision
Liaising with the Head Office support and design team, including specialist sub-consultants as required in relation to Contractor’s RFI’s, proposals for design modifications, etc
Ensuring Contractor’s compliance with all technical, programme, financial and administrative requirements of the construction contract
