Job Description
- Construction Manager Job Description
- Follow OTIS safety policies, arrange all required safety permits and doing the required trainings and FPA for project Technicians
- Understand in detailed the Project Specifications and Shop drawings , and the related Codes EN & ANSI, etc..
- Prepare the required Purchasing approvals and Material Requisitions from alternative resources and follow up the shipping status till delivery.
- Follow up the agreements with Otis vendors related to the project along with collecting the required Quotation
- Contacting OTIS factories in case of data support required from them
- Arrange the required support to site team in all aspects.
