Senior Clinical Informaticist (REMOTE)

We have partnered with a large healthcare company in the Boston, MA area to provide them with a Senior Clinical Informaticist. (REMOTE)

Responsibilities of the Senior Clinical Informaticist:

• Analyze, source-to-target map, clean, and enrich clinical data from a variety of sources and integrate it into our data asset.
• Put in place the right data, enrichments, and tools for every department (from Data Science to Clinical Operations) to be able to easily get insights from our unique social determinants of health dataset.
• Help shape our care model by providing analysis and expert guidance to show what's working, what isn't, and how we can improve.

Requirements of the Senior Clinical Informaticist:

• 5+ years of experience analyzing and explaining clinical data
• 3+ years of experience working with healthcare claims data from the payer side
• Fluency with SQL
• Ability to present complex data clearly to non-experts
• Collaborative working style. Supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Nice to haves for the Senior Clinical Informaticist:

• Experience with dbt, Apache Airflow, Great Expectations, or other similar technologies
• Familiarity with Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Common Data Model (CDM)
